Card, UPI, and net-banking details are collected and processed directly by our payment gateway partner (Paytm Payment Gateway) — we do not store your full card or bank details on our servers.
• Website usage data: basic technical information such as browser type and IP address, collected automatically for security and troubleshooting.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To process and deliver your consignment booking.
• To generate freight bills and process payments.
• To contact you regarding booking status, delivery, or payment issues.
• To comply with applicable transport and tax record-keeping requirements.

3. Sharing of Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share necessary booking and payment details only with:

• Our payment gateway partner, to process online payments securely.
• Transport and delivery staff involved in fulfilling your consignment.
• Government or regulatory authorities, where required by law.

4. Data Security

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect the information you share with us. Online payments are processed through PCI-DSS compliant, encrypted payment gateway infrastructure, and A.C. Carrier does not store sensitive card details.

5. Data Retention

We retain booking and billing records for as long as needed to fulfil consignments, resolve disputes, and meet accounting and legal record-keeping obligations.
